Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to start a return: email jay@vialbx.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping: you cover return postage unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we pay and make it right.

Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Defects and wrong items: tell us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace the item or refund you — your choice.

Handmade note: because every reel is handmade, slight variations in color or finish are expected and don't count as defects.

Final sale: none at this time — every item is returnable under the terms above.

Subscriptions: cancel anytime before your next billing date from your account portal. Boxes already shipped aren't refundable, but if a box arrives damaged or wrong, the defect rules above apply.
