1. Who we are. Megan's Badge Reels is operated by Jay Norman, LLC, based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. We make handmade badge reels. By placing an order on megansbadgereels.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Products. Every item is handmade, so small variations in color, placement, or finish are normal and part of the charm — they are not defects. 

3. Pricing and payment. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.

4. Promotions. Discounts (such as 10% off two or more badge reels, or a first-order email code) apply per their stated terms and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

5. Shipping. Shipping is always free on U.S. orders. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, usually within 1–2 business days, with tracking included. Holiday order cutoffs are announced each season (for 2026: order by December 17 for Christmas delivery; December 16 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and territories).

6. Subscriptions. Our monthly subscription (reel + pin each month for $12.50) renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time from your account portal before the next billing date. Boxes already shipped are not refundable.

7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no disrupting the store, no placing fraudulent orders.

8. Intellectual property. Our designs, photos, logo, and site content belong to us. Buying a reel doesn't buy the design rights.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies.
