Regular orders: orders ship within 1–2 business days, so if you need to cancel, email jay@vialbx.com as soon as possible and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.

Our monthly subscription, "First Dibs" (one badge reel + one pin each month for $12.50) renews automatically on the 5th of each month.

• Cancel anytime from your account portal before your next billing date — no fees, no notice period, no questions.
• Boxes already shipped are not refundable.
• Damaged or wrong box? Contact jay@vialbx.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace the box or refund you — your choice.
