Shipping policy

Holiday orders (2026): Order by December 17, 2026 and we'll get it there for Christmas. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories: order by December 16.)

Shipping details: Every order ships free via USPS Ground Advantage, usually within 1–2 business days. Tracking is included with every order. During the holiday season (October–January), carriers experience heavier volumes — we recommend ordering early.

In-person sales: Badge reels bought in person (markets, clinics, events) are handed to you on the spot — no shipping cutoff applies.
